We created this ebook and video series to help guide your return to exercise and rebuilding core strength postpartum. This is not a weight loss program. It's not here to kick your ass.


This program is here to help gently guide you through rebuilding your foundational strength after giving birth. It's here to help you reconnect with your breath, your core and your pelvic floor to help build a strong and health foundation to support your return to whatever it is that you want to return to doing.


Whether you're a runner, weight lifter or weekend warrior, rebuilding core strength and control postpartum can feel daunting but it does not have to. We're here to help.

Each week comes with exercise progressions in the book with videos to help teach you the movement and follow along!
